Abstract

Статья освещает проблему правового регулирования вертикальной интеграции на товарном рынке путем заключения вертикальных соглашений. В статье исследуется понятие, правовая природа и условия допустимости вертикальных соглашений по антимонопольному законодательству Российской Федерации, оцениваются правовые последствия заключения вертикальных соглашений, в том числе положительное и отрицательное влияние вертикальных соглашений на конкурентную среду товарного рынка.
