Abstract

Статья посвящена эволюции принципа справедливого судебного разбирательства в судебной практике Европейского суда по правам человека. В частности, рассматриваются элементы данного принципа, которые отсутствуют в Европейской конвенции о защите прав и основных свобод и были сформулированы самим судом («подразумеваемые элементы»).
