Abstract

В настоящей статье рассмотрен зарубежный и отечественный опыт в отношении управления развитием застроенных территорий. Выделены и описаны характерные особенности для стран Европы, США, России и др. Раскрываются недостатки управления процессом в нашей стране при сравнении с опытом зарубежных стран. Целью исследования является изучение опыта зарубежных стран для выявления присущих им особенностей управления развитием застроенных территорий и определение недостатков в существующей структуре управления в России.
