Понятие И Структура Энергетического Товарного Рынка В Российской Федерации

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено понятие энергетического товарного рынка как важнейшей составляющей российского товарного рынка, приведена классификация энергетических рынков по различным основаниям, сформулированы понятия «энерготовар», «энергопродукция» как объекты обращения на энергетических рынках, исследована структура товарного рынка как система договорных отношений между производителями, посредниками и потребителями (оптовыми и розничными) энергопродукции, энерготоваров, определен механизм правового регулирования отношений между субъектами энергетических рынков.
