Abstract

В статье изложены методические основы формирования системы укрупненных показателей стоимости капитального ремонта (УПСКР). Данная система показателей предназначена для оперативной оценки стоимости капитального ремонта общего имущества многоквартирных домов (МКД) при формировании и реализации региональных программ. Приводятся конкретные формулы расчета данных показателей и их состав. Дается фрагмент сборника УПСКР и порядок расчета стоимости капитального ремонта с использованием приведенных в нем показателей. Показан порядок расчета ежемесячной величины отчислений собственниками жилых помещений на капитальный ремонт общего имущества МКД с применением УПСКР. Называются возможные пользователи данной системы УПСКР
