Гостиничный Бизнес Украины В Условиях Рыночных Реформ

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы развития гостиничного бизнеса в условиях рыночных реформ в Украине, указаны цели реформ в этой сфере. Автором раскрыт потенциал развития гостиничного хозяйства Украины. Проанализированы состояние и тенденции развития гостиничной индустрии. Отражены интеграционные процессы развития гостиничного бизнеса в Украине, существенным аспектом которых является присутствие международных гостиничных цепей. Охарактеризована роль предприятий гостиничной индустрии в развитии туризма. Выделены факторы, которые определяют выбор средств размещения при организации путешествий семейных туристов из-за рубежа. Сделан вывод о необходимости расширения набора маркетинговых инструментов в позиционировании гостиниц на туристических рынках. Предложены меры по активизации взаимодействия государства и бизнеса, в основе которых упрощение процедуры регистрации средств размещения, их категоризация, привлечение внутренних инвестиций для развития малого бизнеса в сфере гостеприимства.
