The process of normalization of oxidant-antioxidant system’s state of high yielding cows at dosed use of oleum anisi vulgaris

Abstract

The results of studies on the effects of anise essential oil, measured with a photoelectric device for controlled discharge of essential oils are presented in the article. The use of aniseed essential oil as an antioxidant agent in dairy farming is proposed. The research was carried in livestock breeding enterprises of the Orel region. The state of oxidant-antioxidant system were determined by the content of malondialdehyde and antioxidant ceruloplasmin. On the 56th day after the start of the experiment reduction of malondialdehyde by 9.7% and increase of antioxidant ceruloplasmin by 2.9% were detected.
