Определение Уровня Государственного Вмешательства В Аграрный Сектор: Сравнительный Анализ Азербайджана С Некоторыми Странами

Abstract

В статье анализируется государственное регулирование аграрного сектора в некоторых странах и сущность государственного вмешательства в аграрный сектор и методы для его измерения. Авторы пытаются сравнительно оценить степень государственного вмешательства для некоторых стран и приходят к такому заключению, что государственное вмешательство в аграрный сектор для многих развитых и развивающихся стран очень высокий, несмотря на то, что аграрный сектор считается один из либеральных секторов экономики. Общий объем производства аграрного сектора у некоторых стран бывшего Советского Союза резко уменьшились из-за уменьшения государственного регулирования. С другой стороны, с увеличением ВВП стран на душу населения, уменьшается роль аграрного сектора в экономике. А в странах, где ВВП на душу населения меньше, роль аграрного сектора выше. Авторы предлагают найти «оптимальное место» аграрного сектора в экономике.
