Ирландские И Венгерские Голштины В Орловской Области: Результаты Оценки И Перспективы Разведения

Abstract

В статье приводятся данные по разведению голшинского скота ирландского и венгерского происхождения, оценена племенная ценность завезѐнных животных по родословной, дано сравнение молочной продуктивности ирландских и венгерских коров. Определены отрицательные и положительные качества животных разного происхождения, установлено, что при разной племенной ценности голштинские коровы разного происхождения в условиях Орловской области характеризуются примерно одинаковой молочной продуктивностью – на уровне 5900-6000 кг молока по первой лактации.
