Abstract

В статье рассмотрена экономическая целесообразность проведения работ по аттестации и рационализации рабочих мест подразделений и организаций технического сервиса АПК на примере Республики Беларусь. Организационные факторы эффективности работы предприятия составляют примерно треть от общего эффекта деятельности, получаемого за счет реализации «внутренних» резервов эффективности предприятия; значительная доля в этом принадлежит трудовым факторам, которые связаны с совершенствованием организации труда коллективов и непосредственно каждого работника в отдельности.
