В Поисках Оптимального Уровня Дифференциации Доходов Населения В России

Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению дифференциации доходов населения с 2000 по 2014 г. Предмет исследования оптимальный уровень дифференциации доходов населения в России. Цель работы: оценка уровня дифференциации доходов населения через статистические показатели. В статье использованы данные Росстата об уровне жизни населения в России. Построена кривая Лоренца, которая наглядно характеризует расслоение доходов населения. В ходе исследования использовались методы описания, анализа, группировки, динамического сравнения, синтеза и иные методы познания. Сделан вывод о том, что происходит отклонение фактического уровня от экономически эффективного уровня дифференциации доходов. Отмечено, что дифференциация обладает двойственной природой. Поэтому для сокращения негативных последствий рекомендовано введение прогрессивной шкалы налогообложения
