Abstract

В статье показаны два полюса дискуссий об экономической политике сторонников рыночной либеральной концепции и тех, кто предлагает другие модели развития, направленные на создание условий для опережающего становления базисных производств нового технологического уклада. Автор освещает опыт Калужской области по созданию нового хозяйственного порядка. В статье также рассмотрены вертикальные и горизонтальные инструменты промышленной политики. Представлены программы развития бережливого производства, рассмотрен опыт создания новых производственных систем в российских компаниях.
