Abstract

В статье говорится о том, что современная экономика это динамичная система, развивающаяся под влиянием различных факторов. Отличительными чертами рынка становятся транснационализация товаров и услуг, создание разветвленных сетей экономических цепочек. Это выражается в многообразии производства товаров и услуг, в учете индивидуальных качественно новых запросов потребителей, увеличении информационно-емких свойств в содержании товаров и услуг, в изменении форм экономической активности населения, в стремлении бизнеса к быстрым доходам, основанным на риске, в бесконечных изменениях, модернизациях и подстройках экономики к инновациям и болезненным шокам. Наряду с этим при постоянно увеличивающемся объеме информации поведение современного человека склонно к рационально-иррациональной реакции, которая также придает повышенный динамизм хозяйственному развитию и подталкивает к очередным изменениям сложившиеся экономические механизмы
