Рузвельт Как Патриот И Практик

Abstract

Прочность и жизнеспособность системы зависит от количества связей между ее элементами. Именно эти связи были заложены Ф. Рузвельтом в основу дальнейшего поступательного развития американской экономики последующих периодов. Для создания условий выхода из рецессионного спада американский президент выбрал единственно правильный путь всестороннее государственное регулирование. Практические меры Рузвельта чаще всего предварялись аналитическим обоснованием. В результате он понял, что для поступательного развития американской экономики необходима инфраструктура в широком понимании. Как патриот и практик Ф. Рузвельт проекты подкреплял развития «трудной» инфраструктуры страны «мягкими» мерами социальной программой поддержки простых американцев и программой создания рабочих мест. При формировании «Нового курса» Ф. Рузвельт заложил в него христианский принцип восстановления связей и доверия при взаимодействии субъектов американской экономической системы, формируя тем самым условия долговременной прочности экономики США.
