Abstract

В статье рассмотрены базовые конкурентные преимущества компании «Яндекс», их исходные точки развития и пути формирования как на локальном рынке, так и в глобальном масштабе. Представлен анализ особенностей проекта, обеспечивших превращение побочного продукта небольшого частного предприятия в крупнейший поисковый портал России, который стал привлекательным активом для инвесторов. Показано, что основа конкурентоспособности компании созданная основателями уникальная технология поиска информации на русском языке, а инструменты реализации успешной рыночной стратегии непрерывные новшества, опережающие и формирующие потребительский спрос. Выявлены направления развития бизнеса компании в Интернете, и представлен созданный «Яндексом» новый вид контекстная реклама на поисковых машинах.
