Abstract

В статье проанализированы подходы к управлению инновационным развитием на уровне региона. Рассмотрены принципы, цели, задачи, функциональные элементы по обеспечению инновационного развития региона на национальном, региональном, муниципальном уровнях. Предложены направления, элементы, принципы инновационного развития региона, основные принципы функционирования системы управления регионального инновационного развития.
