Abstract

Статья посвящена современным процессам реиндустриализации, протекающим в двух главных центрах экономической мощи: США и ЕС. Эти процессы вызывают пристальное внимание аналитиков, которые склонны делать далеко идущие выводы о новом этапе промышленного развития мира, закате постиндустриализма и сменепарадигмы развития. Цель статьи установить, действительно ли это так. На основе анализа и сопоставления ста-тистических данных и экспертных оценок авторы приходят к выводу, что, несмотря на развитие процессов реинду-стриализации в США и ЕС, говорить о каком-либо качественном переходе преждевременно. Кроме того, в материале отмечается, что процессы реиндустриализации в США и ЕС носят во многом различный характер: если в США ре-индустриализация происходит в основном благодаря решорингу, то в ЕС она идет в основном за счет программ ЕС и национальных программ. В то же время экономический потенциал ЕС и США настолько высок, что при увеличении темпов реиндустриализации возможны изменения соотношения экономической мощи на геополитическом уровне.
