Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы становления и особенности формирования национальной инновационной системы (НИС) в России. Выявляется роль университетов в развитии НИС и объясняется, какие барьеры мешают им выполнять свои функции. С этой целью сравниваются две модели университета с позиций их внутреннего устройства.Также автор в своей статье поднимаетострейшую проблемууниверситетской науки и российской науки в целом -старение научныхработников при слабом притоке молодежи -и намечаетпути ее решения,приводя примеры успешныхпроектов и компаний.Одна из главныхролей в становлении НИСотводится компаниям,основанным на знаниях. В качестве примера российской компании, основанной на знаниях, а также использующей кластерный подход, приводится инженерно-технологический центр «СКАНЭКС».
