Реиндустриализация Экономики И Технологическое Развитие

Abstract

В статье говорится о реиндустриализации российской экономики. Автор рассматривает такой процесс, как реструктуризация, проводя краткий экскурс в прошлое, когда разрабатывались программы по реструктуризации, и приводит основные направления этих программ, подчеркивая, что они актуальны и сегодня. Но в то же время уточняет, что в наше время реструктуризация должна пониматься более конкретно не только как изменение пропорций внутри и между различными экономическими подсистемами, но и как создание совершенно новых экономических структур и целых секторов. Также речь идет об деиндустриализации. Рассматриваются причины, приводящие к сокращению производства и тормозящие развитие промышленности. Автор приводит формулы измерения глубины деиндустриализации и намечает пути выхода из ситуации. В последней главе дается определение понятия «технология». Описываются различные виды технологий и условия их развития.
