Abstract

В статье анализируется мировая тенденция перехода от валютных ограничений к созданию валютных союзов, при этом внимание акцентировано на сегодняшней реальности в области финансовых инструментов и механизма валютного регулирования. С учётом сложившейся ситуации на валютном рынке и мировых тенденций, автором предложены пути совершенствования правового регулирования валютных отношений.
