Abstract

в статье затронут ряд важных вопросов, касающихся современного состояния оценочной деятельности. Среди этих вопросов особого внимания заслуживает так называемый человеческий фактор. Автор ставит задачу повысить достоверность результатов оценки за счёт исключения из процессов оценки человеческого фактора. Исключить человеческий фактор целиком практически невозможно. Но минимизация этого фактора вполне реальная и актуальная задача.
