Классификация Функций Системы Операционного Обеспечения (Бэк-Офиса) Коммерческих Банков На Рынке Ценных Бумаг

Abstract

Необходимость системы обеспечения коммерческих банков при проведении операций на рынке ценных бумаг ни у кого не вызывает сомнения. Различными авторами неоднократно предпринимались попытки сформулировать функции системы операционного обеспечения (бэк-офиса) как коммерческих банков, так и прочих профессиональных участников фондового рынка. Но эти попытки, на наш взгляд, не дают четкого представления о функциональном назначении этих структурных подразделений, а в перечислении функций отсутствует их классификация. Для эффективной организации системы операционного обеспечения (бэк-офисов) коммерческих банков по-прежнему остается актуальным классифицирование и анализ функционального назначения этой системы. В данной статье предлагается классифицировать функции бэк-офиса коммерческих банков по следующим признакам: методологические, управленческие и расчетно-клиринговые.
