Накопление Внутреннего Денежно-Финансового Капитала Страны Как Необходимое Условие Обеспечения Её Экономического Роста

Abstract

Обеспечение эффективного экономического роста в своей основе подразумевает чёткую взаимосвязь промышленной, бюджетно-налоговой и денежно-кредитной политики. При этом финансирование экономических процессов в стране должно опираться, прежде всего, на внутренние ресурсы, мобилизуемые и трансформируемые институтами финансовой системы. Поэтому, особое значение приобретает накопление денежно-финансового капитала внутри страны, служащего источником реального накопления промышленного капитала. В статье на основе обзора текущего состояния экономики Кыргызской Республики обосновывается необходимость совершенствования механизмов трансформации внутреннего денежно-финансового капитала в реальный сектор экономики.
