Abstract

В статье рассмотрено влияние на проведение стоимостной оценки высокотехнологичных компаний глобального экономического кризиса, показано место затратного и сравнительного подходов в системе стоимостной оценки высокотехнологичных компаний. Особое внимание уделено предложениям автора по модификации методики оценки интеллектуального капитала высокотехнологичных компаний в сфере затратного подхода и корректировке стоимостных мультипликаторов в сравнительном.
