Abstract

В статье раскрывается понятие особых экономических зон и анализируются законодательные основы их функционирования в России. Предлагается новый организационно-нормативный подход к решению проблемы совершенствования деятельности всех видов особых экономических зон путём создания единого законодательного акта, отражающего общую концепцию развития ОЭЗ в нашей стране.
