Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу консолидации задолженности и промежуточных результатов внутригрупповых операций промышленной группы, а именно методам распределения поставок по партнёрам. На практике в рамках консолидации возникают затруднения причисления потребляемых сырья и материалов конкретным поставкам ввиду того, что поставки идентичных запасов могут поступать от нескольких предприятий группы и от третьих лиц. В статье проанализированы существующие в международной практике способы разрешения этой проблемы (методы KIFO и KILO), приведены их сильные и слабые стороны, условия применения. В качестве альтернативы предложен расчётный метод распределения поставок по партнёрам для консолидации.
