Многоцелевое Использование Лесного Потенциала В Контексте Инновационной Стратегии Развития Российской Экономики

Abstract

Обосновывается необходимость перехода к устойчивому лесопользованию с учётом многоцелевого значения лесов. Приводится характеристика сегодняшнего состояния лесного сектора России и противоречий в его развитии с учётом региональных особенностей. Рассматривается концепция долгосрочного социально-экономического развития России на период 2008-2020 гг. по отношению к лесному сектору. Подчеркивается, что организация устойчивого лесопользования связана с необходимостью построения эффективного экономического механизма организации устойчивого лесопользования, основанного на регионально дифференцированных моделях, что способствует укреплению позиций России на мировом рынке лесопродукции и устойчивого воспроизводства лесных ресурсов.
