Альтернативные Подходы К Оценке Возвращаемости Инвестиций В Образование В Республике Болгария (2002-2006 Гг. )

Abstract

Вопросы возвращаемости инвестиций в высшее образование имеют не только теоретическое, но и практическое значение для принятия соответствующих индивидуальных решений. Проведённые в 2002 и 2006 г. в Болгарии наблюдения за заработной платой, согласно регламентам Европейского Союза, обеспечивают необходимую информационную базу для осуществления такого вида оценок. В статье представлены эмпирические оценки повозрастовых профилей месячной оплаты труда мужчин, женщин и в целом по стране. Представлены и оценки внутренней нормы возвращаемости в качестве другого альтернативного подхода для определения эффекта от инвестиций в высшее образование. Полученные результаты использования альтернативных подходов доказывают возрастающую возвращаемость инвестиций в высшее образование в Болгарии в период 2002-2006 гг
