Abstract

Правовая природа платежей за пользование лесными ресурсами в настоящее время имеет неналоговый статус. Последствия этого напрямую отражаются на эффективности, доходности от пользования лесными ресурсами. Автор считает, что налоговый статус платежа более эффективен, имеет отработанную систему администрирования, механизм воздействия на недоимщиков, и может существенно повлиять на повышение доходов в лесном секторе экономики.
