Энергетическая Политика Фрг: Курс На Энергосбережение

Abstract

По эффективности использования энергии ФРГ входит в число мировых лидеров. Линия на энергосбережение, взятая германским правительством в середине 1970-х годов, проводится и сегодня с целью снизить зависимость страны от импорта энергоносителей. К 2020 году запланировано уменьшить суммарное потребление энергии еще на 20%. Для проведения эффективной политики в сфере энергосбережения в Германии создана прочная правовая база, дееспособный механизм ее реализации, четкое разграничение компетенции государственных и регулирующих органов. Координатором государственной политики в этой сфере выступает Германское энергетическое агентство (DENA), которое в своей деятельности особое внимание уделяет использованию различных форм частно-государственного партнерства.
