Реструктуризация Неплатёжеспособных Предприятий: Основные Направления И Оценка Эффективности

Abstract

Для оценки эффективности проведения процедур банкротства предприятий, актуальной в настоящее время является разработка системы целей и критериев оценки эффективности при соблюдении ограничений, определённых ФЗ РФ № 127 «О несостоятельности (банкротстве)». Процедуры внешнего управления и конкурсного производства связаны в первую очередь с реструктуризацией активов на основе производственных или реорганизационных аллокаций. В работе предложена система целей, критериев и ограничений в оценке эффективности реструктуризации неплатёжеспособных предприятий, разработанная как для всех участников процесса реструктуризации, так и в отношении оценки эффективности аллокационных мероприятий.
