Abstract

Одна из фундаментальных проблем развития рыночной экономики обеспечение квалифицированной подготовки кадров и формирование экономической интеллигенции. В современной экономике требуются специалисты, которые не только могут обслуживать экономику, но и способны содействовать её развитию. На основе эмпирического материала, собранного в ходе российско-болгарского социологического исследования, рассматриваются некоторые проблемы, связанные с приобретением профессии экономиста: уровень удовлетворённости профессией, её привлекательные и непривлекательные стороны, предпочтения студентов, влияющие на выбор будущей работы. Удовлетворённость экономической профессией рассматривается через оценки общественного мнения студентов. Приводится иерархия привлекательных и непривлекательных сторон экономической профессии; студенческие предпочтения выбора места работы, соответствующие их способностям и возможностям; делаются выводы для практической деятельности вуза.
