Влияние Динамики Фондового Рынка На Феномен Недооценки Российских Компаний При Первичных Публичных Размещениях

Abstract

В статье исследуется влияние относительного изменения индекса биржевой площадки, на которой производится первичное размещение акций компаний на недооценку компаний при первичном размещении акций. Анализируется возможная зависимость недооценки российских эмитентов при первичных размещениях от внешних факторов. В этой связи более детальным способом исследуется зависимость недооценки акций российских эмитентов, размещающих свои ценные бумаги на российских и зарубежных биржевых площадках. С этой целью изучалась выборка из 58 первичных размещений, осуществлённых российскими компаниями с 1996 по 2007 год. Под недооценкой компании при первичном публичном размещении в данной статье понимается процентное изменение в стоимости компании между ценой на момент первичного размещения и ценой закрытия первого дня торгов на биржевой площадке
