Мониторинг Как Инструмент Управления Расходами Бюджета

Abstract

В статье дана характеристика мониторинга как инструмента управления расходами бюджета, проанализированы методологические основы организации мониторинга результатов деятельности органов власти, бюджетных учреждений, целевых программ. Предложены концептуальные подходы к формированию системы мониторинга в сфере образования, описаны процедуры мониторинга, определены показатели для проведения мониторинга деятельности органов управления образованием и учебных заведений.
