Abstract

Предложена стратегия развития финансового сектора России, основанная на балансе ролей рынка и государства в посткризисный период. В её основе рост финансовой глубины; усиление конкурентоспособности и устойчивости рынка к системным рискам; усиление роли внутреннего спроса; переход от спекулятивной модели финансового рынка к инвестиционной; нормализация цены денег; действия против немонетарной инфляции; оптимизация валютного режима и валютных резервов; реструктурирование отрасли ценных бумаг и деривативов; усиление налоговых стимулов для инвесторов; гармонизация разных видов макрофинансовой политики; создание инфраструктуры финансовой стабильности и сегмента международных финансов в РФ; роль РФ в изменениях мировой финансовой архитектуры
