Многокритериальная Модель Формирования Стоимости Общественно Значимых Объектов Экономики

Abstract

Встатье исследуются вопросы оценки эффективности стратегий управления объектами экономики. Вводится понятие общественно значимого объекта, для которого наилучшее и наиболее эффективное использование с коммерческой и с общественной точек зрения не совпадают. Показывается, что применение для таких объектов традиционных методов управления, ориентированных на максимизацию рыночной стоимости, может приводить к возникновению общественных потерь. Предлагается модель формирования общественной стоимости объекта экономики и исследуются возможности ее' применения в принятии управленческих решений.
