Abstract

В статье анализируются актуальные проблемы рассмотрения дел об административных правонарушениях на стадии непосредственного рассмотрения дела об административном правонарушении. Авторами изложены такие проблемы как: извещение участвующих в деле лиц и отсутствие законодательно закрепленной обязанности вести протокол при рассмотрении дела об административном правонарушении.
