Abstract

В статье обсуждаются вопросы оценки эффективности управленческих решений и приводятся результаты исследований в этой области. Целью исследования является усовершенствованная методика оценки эффективности управленских решений посредством оценки различных факторов, влияющих на нее. Оценка эффективности управленческих решений является важной в работе менеджера, но этот вопрос остается открытым по причине своей сложности. В статье предлагается количественная оценка факторов, влияющих на эффективность решений. На данных работы автотранспортного предприятия проведен парный и множественный корреляционный анализ. На основании полученных результатов определено влияние факторов на эффективность решений и факторные зависимости. Полученные результаты позволяют менеджеру комплексно подходить к принятию решений и сознательно влиять на их эффективность.
