Abstract

Факторы развития экономики России, действовавшие после 1998 г. и обеспечивавшие экономике рост на уровне 5-7% ВВП ежегодно, являлись в основном экстенсивными. Авторы убеждены в том, что доминирование в структуре экономики России отраслей нефтегазового комплекса не является препятствием к инновационному развитию. Поиск новых источников экономического роста связан с инновационным обновлением нефтегазового комплекса и вовлечением в этот процесс научных организаций.
