Методологические Подходы К Формированию Информационной Базы Для Оценки Процессов Энергобережения В Российской Экономике

Abstract

Рассматривается вопрос о необходимости исследования процессов энергосбережения в российской экономике. Автор указывает на существующие пробелы в российской энергетической статистике и кратко формулирует преимущества методологии Международного энергетического агентства (МЭА). Используя методологию МЭА, автор строит ряды энергобалансов российской экономики за период 2000-2010 гг. и на их основе изучает сдвиги в энергоемкости в российской экономике. Особое внимание в работе уделено факторам, которые стимулировали или, напротив, ограничивали процессы энергосбережения в секторах экономики и у населения.
