Инновационный Фактор В Перспективном Развитии Тэк России

Abstract

Рассмотрены четыре возможные сценария долгосрочного развития ТЭК страны, отражающие различные взгляды на темпы и структуру развития экономики России, интенсивности энергосбережения, введение ограничений на загрязнение окружающей среды (в частности по выбросам СО2). Показано, что экологические ограничения могут существенно изменить структуру ТЭК. Это потребует широкомасштабного использования новых безуглеродных технологий, способных заметно сократить выбросы углерода в атмосферу. Проведены расчеты экономической эффективности ряда новых технологий и оценена их возможная роль в энергоснабжении страны до 2030 г. Среди наиболее перспективных инновационных направлений в ТЭК страны выбраны: использование глубинного тепла Земли, тепловые насосы, топливные элементы, водородный автомобиль и электромобиль, биогаз.
