Модель Межпродуктового Баланса Как Метод Планирования Деятельности Железнодорожной Отрасли В Ходе Структурной Реформы

Abstract

Описывается процедура и приводятся результаты построения таблицы «затраты-выпуск» для железнодорожной отрасли на основе данных отчётности ОАО «Российские железные дороги». Проводится сравнение модели межпродуктового баланса со сбалансированной системой показателей (ССП) и планированием на основе нормативного подхода. В заключении кратко обсуждаются перспективы и целесообразность внедрения модели в ОАО «Российские железные дороги».
