Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы информационного обеспечения прогнозно-аналитических исследований профессионально-квалификаци-онного состава рабочей силы. На примере конкретных прогнозно-аналитических моделей показаны возможности оценки профессионально-квалификационной структуры за-нятого населения. Предлагается подход к оценке профессионально-квалификацион-ной структуры вакантных рабочих мест. Рассматриваются источники статистической информации о динамике занятости и рынка труда и обсуждаются проблемы сопоставимости этой статистики. Предлагаются меры по расширению информативности и повышению надежности существующей статистики.
