Abstract

Обсуждаются вопросы взаимодействия сферы занятости, рынка труда и системы образования. Исследуется процесс взаимодействия спроса на квалифицированную рабочую силу и ее предложения с учетом динамики рынка образовательных услуг. Разработана и апробирована модель согласования спроса на квалифицированную рабочую силу и ее предложения с учетом динамики рынка образовательных услуг, которая позволяет отразить влияние демографических, макроэкономических тенденций и фактора движения населения и рабочей силы. Реализован подход к оценке величины вакантных рабочих мест по уровням образования при отсутствии статистической информации о них. Делаются выводы об эффективности согласования спроса на труд и его предложения и роли системы образования в этом процессе.
