Определение Оптимального Объема Капитальных Инвестиций В Целях Оценки Стоимости Бизнеса

Abstract

В статье на базе проведенного ранее автором анализа подходов к исследованиям факторов, влияющих на принятие инвестиционных решений компаний и выдвинутых в результате гипотез о значимости определенных детерминант, проведено эмпирическое исследование факторов, определяющих инвестиционную активность компаний капиталоемкого сырьевого сектора экономики. Получено математическое подтверждение того, какие факторы на самом деле являются определяющими при оценке капитальных затрат на будущий период. Данный анализ особенно актуален в текущей экономической конъюнктуре, когда цены на сырьевые товары (металлы, нефть, удобрения) обновляют пятилетние минимумы на фоне затянувшегося перепроизводства, вызванного, по мнению некоторых экспертов, активным расширением инвестиционных программ и строительства новых мощностей за счет преимущественно долгового финансирования.
