Трудовой Потенциал Населения Приграничного Региона

Abstract

Предметом исследования в данной статье является трудовой потенциал населения Краснодарского края как одного из приграничных субъектов Российской Федерации. Цель статьи выяснение взаимосвязей трудового потенциала населения и особенностей социально-экономического развития, характерных для такого типа регионов, посредством выделения четырех стратегических направлений развития Краснодарского края.Сделан вывод о том, что, с одной стороны, приграничное положение не дает однозначного преимущества для развития, с другой стороны, потенциал такого расположения не всегда используется в достаточной мере. Для исследованного приграничного региона имеющийся трудовой потенциал населения может способствовать осуществлению по крайне мере двух из четырех стратегических задач развития территории.
