Государственное Регулирование Отношений В Сфере Интеллектуальной Собственности

Abstract

Статья посвящена государственному регулированию интеллектуальной собственности. Предметом данного исследования являются роль и значение государственного влияния на такие области, как авторское право, право промышленной собственности, средства индивидуализации. Цель работы выявить проблемы государственного регулирования отношений в этих сферах интеллектуальной собственности. В работе показана роль государства и сделан вывод о широком влиянии на развитие не только изобретений, ноу-хау, но и других объектов интеллектуальной собственности. Рассмотрена проблема государственного влияния на параллельный импорт, таможенное перемещение товаров и таможенный реестр, имеющих отношение к объектам интеллектуальной собственности. Сделан вывод о необходимости введения в России параллельного импорта, защиты всех объектов интеллектуального труда и тщательной проработки этого вопроса на государственном уровне.
