Стратегическое Планирование Трудовых Ресурсов В Технологическом Цикле

Abstract

В статье показывается, что стратегическое планирование трудовых ресурсов определяется фазой развития общества и характеризуется востребованностью интеллектуального потенциала трудоспособного населения. Смена фаз развития общества отражается в усложнении уровней управления производством. Производство характеризуется технологическим циклом, который, в свою очередь, зависит от научно-технического развития и инновационной деятельности предприятия. По мере прохождения традиционной, индустриальной и постиндустриальной фазы развития общества отношение к планированию трудовых ресурсов меняется. Для определения инновационности технологий вводится понятие «классификация инноваций». Определяется связь между технологией и технологическим циклом. Показывается, как меняется способ управления деятельностью предприятий в зависимости от фазы развития общества. Рассматривается связь между уровнями управления предприятием и фазами развития общества. Демонстрируется, как изменяется подход к стратегическому планированию трудовых ресурсов в зависимости от фазы развития общества.
