Формирование Эффективных Механизмов Стратегического Управления Развитием Страны

Abstract

Статья посвящена формированию современных механизмов стратегического управления развитием России. Предмет исследований совокупность управленческих, социально-экономических отношений, возникающих при стратегическом управлении развитием страны. Цель работы выявление эффективных механизмов стратегического управления развитием страны в условиях неустойчивости российской экономики. Одним из таких механизмов может быть регулирование госзакупок. Особое внимание в статье уделено вопросам стимулирования инноваций, поддержке малого, среднего предпринимательства и отечественного производителя в российской экономике посредством системы закупок. Сделан вывод, что государственные и муниципальные закупки являются одним из приоритетных и эффективных механизмов стратегического управления развитием страны.
