Abstract

Рецензия посвящена анализу монографии израильского ученого талии айнхорн, изданной в 2009 г. в издательстве волтерс клувер на английском языке [1], где отмечается, что работа профессора т. айнхорн представляет собой одно из первых фундаментальных исследований международного частного права израиля.The review is devoted to the analysis of the monograph by the Israeli legal scholar Talia Einhorn published in 2009 by the publishing house Wolters Kluwer in English. The reviewer points out that the work of Professor T. Einhorn is a fundamental research that has been carried out to intensify understanding of fundamental concepts and principles of private international law in Israel.
